I’ve led the team to build products on multiple surfaces from concept to 10k+ daily users.
Challenge
Building a product from scratch that makes job hunting work for Gen Z. No CVs, no cover letters—just skills.
Solution
Ideation and concept validation formed the critical foundation of the first phase. Users provide their skills during the onboarding process, while employers specify what they're looking for in potential candidates. This powers a skill-based matching score shown with each job, helping users quickly spot roles that fit and ensuring they only see the most relevant opportunities.

The onboarding process was designed to be smooth and engaging, minimizing user effort while gathering information to power the matching score.

Job Discovery (Tinder-like Swiping)
I implemented a Tinder-like swiping mechanism to enable users to quickly browse job opportunities. The matching algorithm prioritizes the best-matching jobs, presenting a curated selection of 10 to 15 positions daily. This approach makes users feel that the jobs are specially selected and encourages daily engagement.

Matching
Each job listing includes a match indicator, highlighting how well it aligns with the user's profile.

Website
Created a website for the job searcher and employers. Through the right targeting customers will land on the landing page for their audience.
